chocolate hazelnut bliss balls recipe

These delicious chocolatey bliss balls make the perfect healthy treat and are great for lunch boxes too.

They’re made with all the good stuff and you will only need 7 ingredients to make them!


Makes 12 bliss balls


1/2 cup milk powder

1/2 cup quick oats

1 tbls cacao powder

1/2 cup hazelnut butter (or any nut butter of your choice)

1/4 tbls honey

1 tbls vanilla essense

1/2 tbls water (if required)


Combine all dry ingredients. Add honey, vanilla essence and mix until all combined into a thick paste, add water if you need this for the mixture to come together.

Using a damp tablespoon and damp hands to avoid sticking, roll into balls and place on baking paper. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Note: want to add another dimension to your snack? Try rolling these balls in crushed nuts, coconut or cacao once chilled.
